I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the personnel was really wonderful, but on the other hand, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The service was inconsistent, especially at breakfast and with room maintenance. Overall, I think there's potential, but improvements are definitely needed.

Unfortunately, the room lacked cleanliness, with human hair found and a used soap left in the sink. The fridge was empty and the room was really cold, making it uncomfortable. I had to borrow a portable heater during my stay.
